The Center for Mindfulness & Insight Meditation will host a socially-distanced one-day insight meditation retreat on Saturday, April 9, from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM (morning-only attendees also welcome). This is a great way to deepen your practice.
The retreat will be led by Michael Bresnan, Ph.D. Michael is a licensed psychologist, and has practiced insight meditation in the Mahasati tradition for almost 30 years. He is the Founder and Executive Director of the Centers for Mindfulness & Insight Meditation in Wenham, MA and Redding, CT.
This will be a silent retreat, though there will be Dhamma talk and discussion periods in both the morning and afternoon. Advance registration is required and spaces are limited to allow social-distancing. Face masks are required. For safety reasons, participants are also asked to bring their own lunch. There is a refrigerator and full kitchen available.
There is no formal charge for this retreat, though donations are appreciated and necessary for the operation of the Center. You may register below, or contact Michael@cfmim.org for more information.
